Why Sandeep Maheshwari keeps on blabbering about monetization of his channel?

“Ladies and gentlemen, gather around and prepare to be motivated! As a highly successful motivational speaker, I have achieved great heights and amassed a huge following on my YouTube channel. But I will not monetize it as the advertisements in between disturb the meditative effect.

The day i do that raise your finger and call me a thief.

Not satisfied with just that, I have bigger plans, and that is to monetize my channel and earn revenue beyond my wildest to stand for the truth against the scam of Vivek Bindra under his IBC program and Billionaire funnel program .

And what will I do with that money, you ask? Well, let me tell you, I will hire the best legal firm in all of India to defend me in any legal battle that may come my way and to fight against those who are defrauded by Bada Business.

Yes, you heard that right. I will be raking in the cash and using it to secure the services of the most expensive lawyers, because let’s face it, when you have money, you can do whatever you want (“घर की खेती है “).

And I want to be prepared for any legal challenge that may come my way. After all, I am a highly influential and successful motivational speaker, and I cannot afford to have my reputation tarnished if I dont know i need common sense rather than costly firm to fight the case.

This common sense is filing a PIL to Stop #stopvivekbindra under article 32 of our constitution.

But here’s the thing, my dear audience, I have a confession to make. I don’t actually know much about the law. In fact, I barely passed my high school civics class. But that doesn’t matter, because I firmly believe in the power of money. With enough cash, I can buy my way out of any legal trouble and I know dont trouble trouble till trouble troubles you.

Who needs knowledge of the law when you have a fat bank account, am I right? Oh, and let me tell you, I have already started brainstorming some potential legal issues that I may face. For starters, I have violated the audi alteram partem principle, which means I did not give the other party a chance to be heard. But hey, who has time for that when you’re a busy motivational speaker with a monetized YouTube channel?

And then there’s the issue of defamation under section 499 of the Indian Penal Code. But really, who cares about that when I have millions of subscribers who adore me? I mean, they wouldn’t believe any negative things said about me, right? And if they do, well, I’ll just throw some money at the problem and make it go away.

But wait, there’s more. I have also been accused of violating the principles of Res Ipsa Loquitur and Pratyaksham Kim Pramanam. Now, I don’t really know what those mean, but they sound fancy and legal, and that’s all that matters. And with the best legal firm by my side, I am confident that I will come out on top.

So, my dear audience, don’t you worry about me. I may be dumb enough to not know the law, but I am smart enough to know that money can solve any problem. And as long as I keep blabbering about monetizing my YouTube channel and hiring the best legal firm in India, I am sure to keep my followers motivated and my bank account growing. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
