Dehradun – Mayor Uniyal Gama has announced to waive off the building tax of state agitators. Mayor Gama said the proposal would be tabled at the corporation’s board meeting within a month.
State agitators announce waiver of building tax
On behalf of the Uttarakhand State Agitating Manch, senior state agitator Smt. Sushila Baluni, The 84th birth anniversary of Sushila Baluni was celebrated as Matrushakti Diwas. During this period, five women were awarded the Matrushakti Samman for their outstanding contribution in various fields. Sunil Uniyal Gama, who was also present at the event, announced to waive off the building tax of the state agitators.
Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama said the state agitators should be respected. Efforts will also be made to name Kachhari Marg or Neshvila Road after Sushila Baluni and install her statue. The proposal of which will also be placed in the board meeting of the corporation.
