Who does not know about Bageshwar Dham and the miracles that go hand in hand , live on camera. The miraculous power almost like magic that spreads like a forest fire along with the devotional quotient attached with it is one of the siddhis mentioned in sanatan dharma .

One of the most revered verses of Hanuman Chalisa ” Asht siddhi nav nidhi ke data” makes this particular siddhi even more household and pervasive. The eight siddhis closely echoed with mukti in this context are ‘ Anima, Mahima, Garima, Laghima, Eesathva, Vasithva, Prapthi and Praakaamya’. Prakaamya or the psychic powers is the siddhi that gets reflected as Pandit Dhirendra Shastri makes his sincere efforts trying to solve the problems of the devotees.

This is made apparent by the Bageshwar Dham Sarkar talking about the arcane on a public platform and a lesson to be learnt for us hence unfolds with this sincere effort of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri.

A problem had cropped up before and would have definitely made things go very ugly when a well known stage performer (cum magician) Suhani Shah gave statements in conflict with the religious sentiments of the people. Her contentions seem confining the power of Bageshwar Dham’s spiritual flair to the art of mind reading with no spiritual angle attached to it. Clashes seemed inevitable when Suhani featured a similar kind of skill set on a news channel directly challenging the spiritual retina of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri . It could have enraged a religious warfare under section 195 of IPC and fanned a fire of hatred but thanks to the recent reconciliation between the two as Swami Dhirendra Shastri voiced himself with Dr Vivek Bindra while Suhani Shah made a fascinating apperance in the Sandeep Maheshwari show. She paid due regards to the fact that Bageshwar Dham Sarkar doesn’t try to underestimate the role played by medical science and many a times accepts the limitations of the spiritual solutions provided by him as the need may be.

If a siddhi would have been confined to something subtle , yet technical, that can be learnt in space/time dimension like the art of mind reading then the sentiments behind Hanuman ji and the sanatan dharma might have got hurt. However as the communication gap ceased and the latent power of Siddhis justifying the devotional angle got justified, an out of court , non violent amicable solution came up with all the religious emotions remaining intact.

Such efforts should be appreciated as a new orientation to alternative dispute resolution and the role played by the spiritual charisma of public figures like Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr Vivek Bindra must be recognised in this direction as a dawn to the new age resolution management.
